Stand and Deliver opens at the Santa Rosa Junior College Theatre Arts Department on September 30th. I coached their actors in East Los Angeles Chicano Dialects, and Bolivian and Guatemalan accents.

I'm currently serving as the Accent and Dialect coach for SCHOOL GIRLS; OR, THE AFRICAN MEAN GIRLS PLAY by Jocelyn Bioh and directed by Lydia Fort at the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, NY. I worked with the actors on developing a Ghanaian accent. The show opens on June 15th. Click HERE for more info.

April was also an exciting month for Olvidados: A Mexican American Corrido! The workshop production collaboration between the UMass Amherst Department of Theater and Breath of Fire Latina Theatre Ensemble, debuted at UMass Amherst April 7th - 9th, 2022.

The Smith College Department of Theatre's production of Twilight: Los Angeles, 1992, written by Anna Deveare Smith and directed by Kyle Boatwright, opens on March 3rd! I coached the actors in the production on a variety of accents and idiolects, including Korean and Mexican-American. More information here.
